COOKED

I made a batch of corn soup - not corn chowder. It made four batches but I ate two and decided I would put the other two into one container so I can enjoy it on two more occasions.

It has been a bit of a clean up day. It started raining around five this morning and ended around nine. Clean up the dog prints and dry off the dog. Put the dishes away and reload the dishwasher, then clean up the counters and the grime from around the sink. I much prefer set in sinks than ones with the rim sitting on the counter. 

My list of to dos

Shampoo the master bedroom carpet along with the walk in closet.

Shampoo the two couches

Declutter and get rid of excess junk in my sewing room. To go is an old TV, VCR, various trims I no longer need and various threads I no longer need.

Wash walls, baseboards, doors and trim.

Yup it’s time to get ready for fall and winter.

I filled up my savings with $500.00. Paid $1200 on some debt, and still have money left over to do till the next pay in the middle of the month. I finally feel I am ack on track financially. The last couple of months have been rough.
