Canning

 I got strawberries today.

They are in  awesome shape. One basket made eight trays for dehydrating. I am doing them naturally as in air drying. The other basket will become jam.

I also got Saskatoons. Picture to follow. They will be made into jam and the rest Frozen for pies.

Still hot here. Feels like 40C. Not much else going on. No long walks done. Hopefully on the weekend.
