IT’S ALL ABOUT THE CAR

 Yesterday, I had the pleasure of sitting in the garage for 3 1/2 hours while they fixed my car. Usher original problem disappeared. I did know though that the breaks needed doing. First problem was could they get the parts. They pretty much scoured the whole city. They found them and Thelma is running in top form once again. Note to Canadians. It is getting somewhat hard to get car parts in Canada. There are only two manufacturers in Canada. 

Then I went to my old work. All but six people have been laid off for the foreseeable future. The company has purchased a plant in the US. So thankfully the big runs will start in the not too distant future. The site I worked at is research, development and doing stuff for other companies. The long and the short is I may go back on a contract basis. Nice. Time will tell.

We are in the midst of snow, blowing son which is soon to stop. I hope the wind dies down.
